As we are based in the central hub of the city, we love getting involved with the local community, supporting local businesses and keeping up to date and involved with all things Brighton!
I recently joined the Stanford’s team in May 2024, as I have always wanted to get into the property business and decided to make the leap recently. Within my role, I greet new landlords, conduct property valuations and find ideal tenants into our properties. I like to keep up to date with new laws and legislations that involve my job role and property in general. I have a new found love for the property business and feel extremely lucky that Stanford’s took me on as their new Lettings Negotiator. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and I love being around animals!
I started working at Stanford’s estates July 2024 as a Lettings Administrator, having started out as an Inventory Clerk and Viewing agent in the past. I now manage and conduct property inspections and draw up paperwork and reports for our tenants and landlords. As well as this, I help to manage our properties, alongside our landlords, to look after our tenants to the best of our abilities. Having moved to Brighton three and a half years ago, the property industry and my job at Stanford’s Estates has allowed me to explore and enjoy Brighton in a way most cannot!
Being born and raised in Brighton, I know the area inside and out. My love for property comes from my dad, who’s always had a passion for buildings and design. So having grown up around property all my life I took a keen interest in design, which led me to studying architecture at university. Outside of work, I’m all about staying active – whether it’s hitting the gym or playing football. I’m really excited to be part of the team and help people find their perfect home here in Brighton.
